Po Delta Park, have a certain tool to develope and to propegate
the tipycal product and delikatessen, the ancient traditions,
the research and reproposition of loast flavours: our first
objective is "high quality for the right knowledge
of local products".
Thanks to Bottega, you can to taste marinated aels all the
year. Aels are only comacchian marshees aels, guaranteed by
marinator.
Our
store sell only original local products. Thanks to marinator
and the fishermens, we can propose comacchian aels coming
from the marshees of Comacchio and Po Delta Park.

COMACCHIO.
There
was once the "punghèn cmàciàis to
Sean Pier", the typical biscuit of Comacchio that you
was sold only the day of Ognissanti. There was and there is
still. In fact this delight, whose I mix is that of the classical
bun and the form it is that of a mouse, it is now tasted the
whole year.
From the beginning of the nineties, the whole year can be
found, but in a solo place, that produces this typical biscuit
ethnic hand comacchiese and using the ancient recipe. it deals
with the Shop of Comacchio. To call him shop or shop however
it is restrictive, because in this place, of taste comacchiese,
typically finds what is the gastronomic tradition of the the
lagoon of Comacchio and the the whole park of the Delta of
the Po.a shop of gastronomic specialty that won't leave anybody
dissatisfied, from the classical, famous and sought after
