- Who guaranteed about genuinity of your preserved products? |

R - Our products are certifieds to guaranteed place of origin
and conservative technical process. To guaranteed all our products,
the marinator sign your works. Because our works is to promote
and sell typical products, the first important verify about
genuinity is make by us. |

- On products are indicate the date of avariability? |
|
R - All our products, have on the label the date of avariability
and the ingredients. |

- How can preserve the products after the openning? |

- After the openning, our products must be preserved in frigidaire
(marinated and all preserved products). All other products (cake,
bread, wine) can preserved until one month. |

- How can present your products on table? |
|
R - Marinating process allow to eat the products without other
operations. The fish and the meat may be serve with italian
(withe or black) wine and bread (ferrarese). |

- Why Comacchian Aels? |
|
R - Comacchian marinated Ael is guaranteed original from Comacchio.
The fish came from the comacchian Marshees and it's marinated
with the ancient tradition. Our products are qualitatively superior.
On market, obviously you can find other similar products, but
the comacchian ael (like Parmiggiano Reggiano or Fossa's Cheese)
is unique in the world. |

- Who guaranteed about the buyng? |

R - The buyng is valid only throughout the contractual submission
(sen by fax or e.mail) and with the payment. To guaranteed the
consumer, our selling are effectuated in perfect line with the
Law 22 May 1999 n°185. |

- Can I pay with credit card? |
|
R - Actually in the italian net the payment with credit card
not offer totally protection and safety, so we choice only payment
through bank or telegraphic money-order. After the payment (only
thorough bank or telegraph) you must send us the received by
fax or e.mail. |

- About delivery of goods? |
|
R - Delivery of goods is through express courier in all the
world. We can organize daily delivery (in Italy) or monthly
delivery (in the world). The total amuont of delivery is specify
in the contract and depend from distance by us and priority. |

- About withdrawal? |
|
R - The withdrawal is a right: it's possible to make a withdrawal
like in the Law 22 May 1999 n°185 (Art.5). It's most important
to specifie that the withdrawal is valid only enter 10 days
from the delivery day (by fax, e.mail or mechanical post). Important:
the goods resending to us must be all not opened. |

- About damaged goods? |
|
R - During the transports, is possible damage to goods. In this
case, it's most important not accept the goods and refuse the
damaged products. The express courier make a report about the
refuse and so we can provide to consumer resend goods. |
